Hey everyone.... My name's April. My goal is to lose 50 lbs.... I had my 3rd child 3 months ago and put on alot of weight during that pregnancy so I'm trying to get back down to the weight I used to be (150).. Looking forward to getting to know everyone :)

    Welcome April! :) I had my son back in April 2010 and since then have lost 81lb! My goal is to get to 150 as well so I have about 30lbs to go. Here if you want support and motivation!!

    I'm setting mini goals. I'd like to lose 20 by my birthday. Then I'm hoping to lose another 10 before my vacation. Feel free to add me. :)

    Hey April! I will send you a friend request and welcome! You can do this! Think eating plan instead of "diet" and remember that slow and steady wins the race. When I lost my 70lbs many moons ago, I lost at a rate of 1-2lbs per week and have kept it off a long time! Good luck!
