William Shakespeare said "Expectation is the root of all heartbreak."

In my own life, I have found that expecting OTHER people to make me happy was an unrealistic expectation, and DID cause me heartbreak.

I have found that true happiness comes from inside, from your soul.
It's like your birthday..some people EXPECT other's to make it a great day for them
.WHY not make your OWN great day?
Have a little initiative, plan things, invite your friends..whatever makes YOU happy?

It's a lot like this weight loss "Trip"
( REALLY dislike the whole "journey"wording..)
You cannot just sit around and expect it to happen.
YOU have to get off the couch, and make it happen.

WHAT have YOU experienced in the way of EXPECTATIONS causing you HEARTBREAK?

    There are so many things I can count so I will only say. It is true expectation only brings you disappointment.
