Armband or ??

I keep my workout tunes going with my iPhone in an arm band and skull candy earphones - which is great for cardio days, but I'm finding it annoying to have on my arm on workout/lifting days. Any recommendations?

    I have one of those belt clips that I use on arm days, however it doesn't hold up well and I usually wind up stuffing the iphone under the strap of my sports bra... you do not have that luxury though!

    I'd be curious to hear others responses because I feel a little on the trashy side with my phone in my bra!

    I stick it in my bra too.

    Or, try this.

    Have a day without music and see if there's a difference. I usually notice my intensity is higher on days without headphones.

    The women use their bra's, maybe try sticking it in the waist band of your jock strap.LOL...I just lay it on the floor by the bench the if the wire for the earphones is long enough. I did recently by a blue tooth headset for my iphone, so I can put it down next to me and still listen to music.
