So I am going to be on my last week of Insanity next week and I have been having a lot of issues with my elbow, knees, and hips recently. I am curious if I should stop Insanity and hop right into doing RushFit on Monday. I love Insanity and I hate to quit with one more week left. But I would also hate to push myself to the point of injury. I would love any input on this and any opinions on what to do? Feeling like a failure!

First, let me say do not feel like a failure! To make it that far in Insanity is awesome! Great job!
Second, I don't know if this would be for you or not, but I use a rebounder (mini trampoline) to do all the high impact stuff in Insanity. I have two bad knees and have been ordered by my doctor not to do anything high impact. The rebounder takes 80-90% of the shock out of the impact. It's very good for joints. You can go high end and pay quite a bit of $ or get a cheap one at some place like Walmart.
Like I said, it might not be the way to go for you, but I thought I'd suggest it since it has saved my knees and other lower body joints. Good luck!0
