That's gross. I still have a hard time seeing my weight loss in myself although others comment on it. With 20 of these gone I wish I would see it more but know that I am never going back there again...ever.0

Ewwww!!! Talk about motivation, lol0
-
I've lost 33.4 of those. GROSS!!!!!!!0

It's so crazy, I always think about that when I'm losing and try to remember that 5lbs may not seem like much but it definitely is!! It's a great motivation0
-
That's how much I need to lose to get to goal, and maybe a couple oz...0
-
Ohhhhh maaahh god. Well, that's sure motivating.
Thanks for sharing!0 -
I've lost 8 of those this year!0

Thanks for the post that really is great motivation that is much needed right now. I've only lost a total of 5 pounds which doesn't seem like much but after seeing this it helps keep things in perspective that 5lbs is a great start.0

anyone old enough to remember the old Oprah Winfrey show when she came on pulling a wagon full of chicken fat to show how much she'd lost? The OP photo reminds me of that. Good reminder!0

Yes and didn't she gain it all back+?0 -
I've lost 22 of those! Or as its easier for me to think about the equivalent to 2 1/2 40 pound bags of dog food or 2 1/2 Golden Retrievers!!!!!! Lol0

She did gain it all back, and has gained/lost a few times since then. I can relate. My goal this time is to make this a new lifestyle, not a diet. I am SICK of regaining and struggling to lose, but on the bright side now I know so much more than I ever did. I understand how and why the regain happens, and I don't ever want to go back...0
