these are off of allrecipes.com I have made a million different versions. add what you like and take out what you don't . my kids like them with a few chocolate chips, almonds and cranberries. all sorts of healthy stuff hidden in there!0 -

Ingredients
1 1/3cup old fashioned rolled oats
1/2cup bran flakes cereal
1/3cup flaked unsweetened coconut
3tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips
2tbsp chopped pecans
1tsp baking soda
1/2cup natural creamy peanut butter
1/4cup SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend
3tbsp butter , softened
1tsp vanilla extract
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 Coat 9" square pan with cooking spray.
3 In medium bowl, combine oats, bran flakes, coconut, chocolate chips, pecans, and baking soda. Mix well.
4 In small saucepan, whisk peanut butter, brown sugar blend, butter, and vanilla over medium-low heat until sugar dissolves, about 1 minute.
5 Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and stir well.
6 Press mixture into prepared 9" square pan and bake until browned, about 15-20 minutes.
7 Cool completely before cutting into 25 bars.
