Muscle weighs more than fat?

I've seen this come up a lot and kind of laughed a little when I saw in a post a few minutes ago about 5lbs of muscle being more than 5lbs of fat... Reminded me of when a girlfriend of mine asked me which weighs more a pound if feathers or a pound of nails?? :). Just sayin!!

    It is funny. But it does burn more calories and is a LOT nicer to have.

    Well, you almost have it. An inch of muscle weighs more than an inch of fat. A lot of people argue the point buy it's more to do with both measurement and weight, than just weight. Hope that makes sense. :)
