So, being a newbie, I'm pretty confused and am having trouble wrapping my head around the numbers. Can anyone shed some light? For an example, here are my numbers for today:
Goal Food Exercise = Net
1410 2066 - 1700 366
what does the net mean? Am I eating too few or too many calories for that amount of exercise?
Thanks in advance for any light-shedding!

The net is how much you have taken in. But what is your goal?0

Net is how much you've eaten minus your exercise. At the end of the day, your NET goal should be the goal that MFP tells you to eat.
Basically, you ate 366 calories today as far as your body is concerned.0
