Just wondering how many people out there think it's important to resolve the emotional and psychological factors that may have led you to develop your weight problem? What if anything have you done to work on these issues and what advice would you give to those in the same situation? Do you think that there's a connection between the bad health decisions you have made in the past and the bad choices you've made in other areas of your life?
Does fixing the inside help fix the outside..or vice versa??
