Okay, so I bought into the fad and, well, I bought it. I received the DVDs in the mail today and started right away with day one. I'm planning to follow it through for all four weeks recommended by the brochure, and I'm keeping track of my progress on my blog complete with measurements and photos.

If you're interested in it and want to know what kind of results can be achieved (as am I), feel free to add me and follow my progress.
