I am 6'2, 35M, when I started keeping track of my weight i was 330
my weight loss since May 7, 2012, is 44+ lbs, I am losing almost a 1lb a day on average. I have been working out 7-10 hours per week, and just started playing hockey again a couple weeks ago for an additional 2 hours more per week. I have been eating as healthy as I can, and have a daily set limit of 1000-1200 calories a day I eat.

This has been really working for me, and I have put on a lot of muscle mass too, but i am worried that if i change anything up
then I may not see results anymore. I would like to reach a end goal of 225, and at the pace I am going i should get there in 2
more months. But am I losing to fast? people say losing to fast is unhealthy, but isn't it better to be 225 and unhealthy then 330 and unhealthy. Also I have never had a really massive week where i lost most of my weight, In the 7 weeks I have been doing this
its been between 5 - 8lbs per week
