Am I doing enough? (Exercise)

Hi I'm chanelle I'm 5'5 or 1.65m I weigh 57Kgs or 125lbs And I was wonder if doing Walking/Jogging 4 times a week for 60minutes at a average speed of 6Km/pH or 3.7Miles/Ph is enough exercise? I do intervals of brisk walking and then intervals of jogging , So like 2min brisk walking and 2min Jogging and repeat for an hour.
Is this enough for someone like me? I'm not over weight I'm in healthy BMI
Please help!

    Your question is a bit vague. Are you looking to tone up, lose weight, or just maintain? If you are looking to tone up, I would say add some weights into your routine. If you're looking to lose weight...just make sure you're burning more calories than consuming.

    so if you're ok with what you are doing why ask the question?

    obviously if it's working how you want it to work then you're doing enough..
