Hello everyone, I am Zach. My fitness goals are to get under 10% bodyfat and finally have abs. I have always worked out but never really dieted, and now I am really serious and giving my diet all of my effort! I also am getting back into powerlifting and anyone who would like to give me technique tips feel free too.
