Under 5ft want to lose weight

Hi there,

Just come back on to MFP after several months. Last year I lost about 5lbs. Then it went to pot. I am 4ft111 and 10 stone 5 (ish). I have been more or less the same weight for last 10 year by the odd pound up or down. I did briefly go up a stone about 5 years ago when I was on citalapram.

I don't over eat and I do try to weigh stuff up and be honest with myself. Still I end up at the same point. Its nice to chat to other shorties as ever pound shows on us.
