what is everyone's average carb intake?

I know that everyone is different but I'm curious, how many carbs do you normally eat each day?

I am on the low side.

Carbs are 5-7% of my daily intake.

Just ran a 90 day report to check since carbs aren't something I track and it looks like I average around 200-250 grams a day. With exercise, I usually eat somewhere between 1600 and 2000 calories so, percentage-wise, I'm getting about half or a little more of my calories from carbs... but normally those would be healthy whole carbs with plenty of fiber.

About 200g? I try to stay as far under as I can, especially in the evening.

Mine is around 210grams (65 percent of my diet), but I am training, so I guess it depends on your physical activity level?

35-50g daily. Sometimes over, but I'm controlling them much more to boost weight loss and curb any dependence.

I'm actually going to start doing a modefied carb cycling routine after my baseball season ends (about a month or so).

    it will be

Monday - low carbs (about 80 carbs)
Tuesday- low carbs (about 80 carbs)
    Wednesday- High carbs (about 330)
    Thursday- moderate carbs (about 165)
    Friday- low carbs
    Saturday- High carbs
    Sunday- Moderate carbs

This is essentially a body builder's diet. But it also works for an athlete in training mode which is what I'm going to be doing. Lots of HIIT and Tabata protocol, lots of explosion training (weighted high jumping, super fast clean and presses, fast close grip pull ups and push ups, explosive long jumping, weighted jump rope, up hill sprinting...etc). All designed for total body workouts that are both aerobic and anaerobic.
Generally I'll only be doing these routines on days where there are carbs in my system still (High carb day or moderate carb day), one low carb day I'll take off, the other I'll do a slower distance routine for aerobic training only.

I expect to stay on this routine for about 2 months and I expect to lose about 3% body fat in that time (hopefully more) and gain about 5 lbs of muscle as well.

My goal is 40% carbs, or 145 a day for me. I upped my protein to compensate for lowering my carbs on my MFP goals.
