what should i eat...!!

i'm going to a spinning class in half hour, never gone this early in the morning. Not sure if i should eat something or not, and if so what,
help!!!

    if you feel you should eat something, snag a banana or a sweet potato. Or bring one along for after. Sometimes, if I don't eat before a morning work out, I'm a little shaky after so I bring along a piece of fruit for those times.

    Slice of toast with peanut or almond butter is what I usually have before an early workout - or nothing at all, I seem to do fine either way.

    Oh Good, I wasn't really interested in eating something, so i will hold off until after, but I will take an apple just in case. I wish I had bananas, but all gone. And peanut butter on toast sounds really good for after.
