Morning all. I have been a My Fitness Pal user for a while but just came here now looking for more support. Getting below 200 pounds is my goal. Right now I am 245. Since February, and giving up processed foods, sugar, white flour and artificial sweeteners, I have lost 18 pounds. I am continuing on my journey to eventually reaching 150. That would be less than I weighed in high School. Obviously I have made stupid choices all of my life but now, at 63, I've found the determination to take care of me!
