Hi

My name is Jayne and I started MFP a couple of weeks ago (I'm coming up to my third week) and I've never found anything so easy to follow! My friend recommended the app for my phone and as soon as I was up and running, I was logging.

So far I've lost 5lbs and I don't even feel like I'm dieting. It has put me off chocolate, as I have to log what I eat, and I've found that I don't want to ruin my hard work.

I look forward to taking part in the community.

    Welcome Jayne! So glad to have you!!!!!

    I also have a facebook group I am using to support other people in their journey and to build a support group of people to help each other. I will also start recording some of my workouts to show, share recipes, tips, advice, answer any questions people may have and just help others reach their goals as I am doing.
