If you're going out with friends to a Chinese restaurant....what do you order that is low in calories?

kaung pao shrimp, or chicken! I had shrimp last night. I'm not sure how healthy it is in comparison to other menu items, but veggies, shrimp, and a hot sauce can't be that bad.

The buffet I go to has peel and eat shrimp all the time so I have it. Some steamed broccoli. Chinese style green beans. I do eat a couple of California rolls. I finish off with fresh fruit.

I usually just order steamed chicken with vegetables/spinach and put soy sauce on it for flavor. And a fortune cookie... only about 15 calories! :)
