    240 was my heaviest. I've done 2 biggest loser competitions but have gained most of it back. Last year I won a competition dropping from 220 to 180 in 8 weeks! I just can't get a handle on the consistent diet:( I'm back to 220 and ready to change things more gradually to see if I can make better eating a habit.

    Dropped to 195 by Nov 2008.

    Right now at 215. A realistic goal for me would be to get to 185.

    My heaviest was New Year Day in 2000. I am 5'6". I weighed 156. By april I'd gotten to 130. And mostly kept it there.

    My heaviest was at 242,that was in Jan 2011..I've lost 60 lbs and now between 178 to 180..my goal is to lose another 30!

    253lbs. that was a bad time in my life. Then i lost 50. Then i lost 35. And now i;ve gained 22. lol Wonderful roller coaster of life!

    August 2004 - 184.5 pounds. Not even when I was pregnant did I get close to that number (167 the day before I delivered).

    Current 152 -- would like to see 135 someday!

    At my heaviest I was 315 lbs. (OMG, why did I let myself get to that point?) and my current is 292.8, so I'm down 22.2 lbs. It's better than nothing, but I still have a long way to go.

    My heaviest was 292 last march. I lost 40 lbs and gained it all back. i am currently 280 and have a long way to go. I would love to be friends on here and help motivate each other!
