Starting again

Okay, so I was very modivated back in April-started excerising and joined a gym. I went 5 days a week and did strength training everyday alternating upper and lower body workouts. I started seeing results within a couple of weeks and I actually lost 5 lbs without changing my diet.

However, life happened and I went on vacation and then discovered my daughter had lice (from school) and that took 6 weeks to get rid of-so I did not go to the gym for that long and I was so depressed over her with the lice that I just was not modivated...

So, all that has past now, the kids are back in school and I am able to go to the gym again.. This is my 3rd day of going and I am hoping to go longer than before and see some major results. I am back to counting calories on myfitnesspal and I am feeling really good.

    Welcome back! You already know it works so I don't have to tell you that, just keep it up, even if you can only get to the gym a few days a week you can work your way up to make it a normal part of your life, its all about changing your lifestyle not being on a diet :happy: :happy:
