What dvds can you recommend to me?
I like strength training ones. I like calesthenic ones--but only low impact sorts of things due to knee problems.
I'm not a big fan of overly complicated or dancy ones since I can't seem to keep up with them and I'm not super-coordinated.

Try Joey Atlas. He's got a killer workout for upper and lower body as well as the core. Here's his website... www.joeyatlas.com
Low impact, no dancing and prancing about the house risking injury due to iffy coordination <--- I feel your pain on that one, I can trip up stairs and walk into walls! :grumble: You will feel it the next day though, I promise!
