Net Calories - Is this right?

Hi everyone,
Just needed clarification. I have eaten over my daily calorie intake for both Sat and Sun and I just wanted to check.
From Mon - Fri I have finished the day below my calorie intake.
I have gone over the daily requirement over the weekend, would I still loose weight as I have made up for it with my Net calories? I have read the forums but I am still confused?

If your net for the entire week is below your weekly total, you're fine. It all balances out.0

Yes, it should balance out ove time, but if you weigh yourself the next day, don't be surprised if you're over at that point in time. But yes, as you move forward, you should be fine overall.
If this is going to be a regular cycle, you might want to only do a weeky weigh in, and do it on Friday, before you know you're going to eat over your calories. Think of it as eating more at the start of your weekly cycle, instead of at the end. Psychologically, you can then get in the frame of mind of burning off what you at over, instead of potentially beating yourself up that you were doing well and then botched it.
