Calorie confusion!

Hey guys!! Hope you are all having a great day :)

Just a quick question if anyone can help:

I'm a bit confused about how many calories I should be consuming a day. My dairy suggests 1300 and my BMR is saying 1634. Iv'e been sticking to the 1300 because i'm scared if I eat the 1634 i wont loose anything. Saying that, I have only lost 1lb in three weeks (sorry to keep mentioning it) on the 1300 a day. So any advice would be greatly appreciated as usual.

    Never mind I think I get it now. I need to eat my BMR 1634 to loose weight. My TDEE is 2001. So anything in between these and I should be good!! No wonder 1300 cals was making me 1. Hungry and 2. only loosing a lb! My poor chubby body was not impressed and rightly so lol.
