I don't own a HRM and I make up a lot of my own workouts so I'm wondering how you would look certain things:
1. HIIT training of things like sprints and burpees.
2. Plyometrics training.
What would be the most accurate way to log these using the MFP templates?

I know this doesnt answer your question, but I was at D1CKs Sporting Goods and they had a HRM for $60. In my opinion, without a HRM it would just be some educated guessing.0

Planning on getting a HRM in the coming months. Haven't decided yet between a Timex Road or a lower-end Polar model such as the FT4 or FT7 though. I'm just hoping to get some in-the-ballpark-figures to use until then.0
