Why do I suddenly have lots of cellulite????? :(

I don't know what has happened to my body:embarassed: I am down another 16 pounds that is 40 since last August. 60 since 2010. I walk 5 to 7 times a week 3 to 4 miles at a brisk 4mph speed and I do stregnth training on my balance ball. But all of the sudden I look like I stood outside nakid in a hail storm. What gives with that? I thought I was loosing fat, before I had hardly a dimple and now I am more pocked marked than the driving range on a golf course. Suggestions anyone please???:sad:

  • Hello, congratulations on your weight loss and increased fitness! Sorry you're not happy with your skin though-are you getting enough healthy fat in your diet, vitamin c and bioflavinoids, glucosamine, msm, and other collagen-building substances? Your skin might have taken a nutritional hit with the weight loss and thinned out a bit, or might be a bit looser due to the weight loss. Skin takes time to tighten up after weight loss, even when you are young.

    I don't know if this helps, but lots of ladies, including Tosca Reno (nutritionist), swear by 10 minutes a day of jumping on a mini-trampoline/rebounder.
