Help, im sticking!!

Ok so just having a bit of a nightmare at the moment, im not loosing!! Not gaining either and am deff getting smaller, basically i started curves kadts gym about 6 weeks ago, i tend to go 3-4 times a week, it cardio and strenght training, its all machines that work your muscles and im panicing this is whats making me stick, i NEVER go over my calories and tend to eat 1200-1700 a day, what am i doing wrong??

    Are you eating back exercise cals? What kind of deficit are you working with?

    I wouldn't panic too much. You've lost loads, and a slow down is probably inevitable. You might want to look up your maintenance cals, and ensure you're eating just a little under those (to lose about a half pound a week) plus your exercise cals.

    Bear in mind that with any new exercise regime, there's going to be an inevitable issue with water weight, and it might take a little while for that to settle down.
