hi, just wondering if anybody can give me some insight on this. for example: if I take in 1300 calories a day with a 200 calories burned from exercise.....can I multiply the fat that i took in throughout the day times 3 to add that to my calories intake to make 1400?

If you enter the exercise you did into MFP, MFP automatically adds those calories to your daily intake and adjusts your nutrient distribution accordingly. You can change the default carb-fat-protein ratio MFP has to meet your needs under goals--custom.

Keep the proportion the same - I think the recommendation 25-30% calories from fat.
