getting tired when i raised my calories? o.O

i was wondering if anyone knows the reason why when i was eating around 1800 calories a day or less i had alot of energy and since i have switched to bulking and been eating around 3000 a day i always seem tired and even take naps during the day where i didn't before, still eating the same foods as before,just more of it now. thanks :)
