What do you do on days with no motivation?

On the days where you have no motivation to work out or eat right, what do YOU do?

I eat right and work out. Lifestyle change to me means I do it no matter how I am feeling.0

I have my a file filled with models and thinspirational photos its a reminder of what i want to be, and im dieting with friends so we can always support each other!0

usually i still eat right. but i play video games all day ! lol. gets my mind off of things.0

I either end up having a cheat day and my weight either goes up or stays the same for 3 or more days.
Or I push through, get busy, take a nap, avoid eating crap, and it passes. Sometimes you can commit to just 10 minutes at the gym, an having gotten started, you can decide to do your full workout. The other thing is it is better to at least one of those two things, if you can.
Meaning, if you don't work out try to eat well. If you don't eat well, compensate by working out. Also, it wouldn't be a good time to go hang out with a friend who eats whatever they want and stuff like that. Unless you want to have it be a cheat day.0
