Question about bodybuilders bums!

On my quest for the perfect *kitten*, the only advice tended to be given is lift heavy. Been shown lots of pics of ladies that lifts shapely behinds! But I've just watched Jodie Marsh Body Builder and her and the other contestants had pancake bums! Can anyone enlighten me? Will heavy lifting make for a nice round shapely behind!?

all i can tell you is to squat and squat a lot. thats what im doing to try to get "buns of steel."0
