Do you have go to meals?

I am trying very hard to come up with a couple of go to meals.. like meals I can make every week. I spend so many hours each week just planning my meal plan for the following week that it does get hard to stick to it. I want to just say ah forget it and go back to my old standards.. but those of course got me to where I am now. I saw a post where someone showed what they ate in a day and it was awesome but how do you do it everyday and what can I do to make it easier?? Please help!

I pretty much have the same breakfast (yogurt, kashi, and strawberry or blueberry; coffee), snack (almonds), and some variation of a salad for lunch
It just makes it easier for me to figure out what I need to eat and takes some of the thinking out of it0 -
roasted asparagus and chicken fingers (blue menu)
roasted asparagus and a small piece of steak
roasted asparagus and a small mcdonalds cheeseburger (I live right down the road from a mcdonalds)

get a case of chicken breast or salmon fillets and broil them all - then vac seal or tupperware them away in the fridge.
all week you have easy pop open and heat meals.0 -
I have the same breakfast almost every day. 2 eggs scrambled with some kind of veggie in there, a tsp of parmesan and some salsa or guac on top. If I buy a dozen eggs, and a container of mushrooms or bag of spinach, then I'm set for breakfast all week.
If you don't mind repetition, get some chicken and some nice leafy greens and do some kind of salad for lunch or dinner. Use different spices/dressings/other salad ingredients to keep it from being too boring.
In summer I like to make a big bowl of tabbouleh and just eat that for lunch all week. Cool, healthy, very filling. You can put darn near anything in it, too.0
