Any Yogis here?

Hey everyone!
So as part of my healthy lifestyle, I am trying to establish a regular yoga practice. I have been practicing yoga for 10 years on and off, but as soon as things get hectic as they tend do in life, my yoga practice goes out the window (and unhealthy food comes in ).

So this summer I am trying to get into a daily habit so that it will be ingrained in my lifestyle when I have to go back to work in 5 weeks.

Anyone else practice yoga daily or several times a week? Or anyone that want to start up for a yoga challenge?
