Need Help! *Veins*

Okay so this is really weird and i am a little freaked out, I have never seen my veins do this before but today they where showing through my skin all over my body and where like a dark green/blue? Any thoughts on why out of no where this would happen?

Higher carb intake, alcohol consumption, lifting... These all tend to dilate the veins. Other than that I'm not sure.
