40 yr old veg mother looking for friends to motivate me

Pretty new to MFP. I am a mother of 3 little girls. I have been tracking my calories (1200) daily and am usually in my goal. I exercise @ 5 times a week. Need some motivation to do MORE. The weight isn't budging and I am losing hope. I would like to lose around 30 pounds. So tired of my clothes not fitting. I would really like some friends to push me along and I would give encouragement to them as well.:flowerforyou:

    I'm an almost 30 yo mom of 3 girls, mostly veg, some seafood. Love being positive and surround myself with positive people. Having scale budging issues also. We can encourage each other :)

    40 yr old mom of 4 here. I have like 50 more pounds to lose. Need all the modivation i can get :).

    40 ye old vegetarian (ovo-lacto), mother of a 4 yr old and 13 yr old checking in. Don't quit now, you'll just have to start again, and that's worse (she says from repeated personal experience)

    So for ideas:
    Increase calories by 10%
    Change type of exercise
    Cut any diet sodas/sweeteners completely

    Thanks for all the support. I've been a vegetarian for about 7 years and have been trying to go vegan for a few years. Not quite there yet. I do eat healthy, people think I eat weird things that I work with! haha! I love reading all the achievements everyone completes each day. I get inspired to do more! :)

    37 year old mom of 3, semi-veg (don't eat red meat or pork), former thin girl whose metabolism shut down completely after my 3rd kid and tubal. After working for 18 years (mostly 2 jobs at a time), I'm now a SAHM and trying to fit in working out around my busy kids. You're welcome to friend me. I'm a great cheerleader.
