Amount of exercise to do in a week..?

Hello there -- I'm a 5'8, 129.9 pound male (basically 130 pounds) and I'm looking to trying to loose just 1 pound in this upcoming week (starting this monday) and I have until sunday at the end of this week to loose that 1 pound. There's an upcoming beach trip and I'm expecting to gain a good 3 or 4 pounds from all the eating during it. If I do 30 minutes of running on the treadmill everyday next week for 7 days straight and eat 1,800 to 1,900 calories a day, will I loose that 1 little pound? Any advice is greatly appreciated! :laugh:
