I am looking for some upper body exercises that I can do at home. I try and run 3-6 miles about 3 or 4 times a week. I also ordered Insanity and will hope to get sometime soon.
Thank you!

Push ups, if you can't do a real push up do incline push ups (against a counter or the back of the couch, move down to a chair pushed against a wall and then to the floor as you get stronger).
fill a couple gallon jugs with water and lift, doing:
Chest press, if you don't have a bench or stability ball do a floor press
ever-popular curls
shoulder press
bent over one arm row
If a couple gallons of water is too much, use less water or fill a canvas bag with cans of food until it's a good weight for you.
and check out body weight exercises and playground workouts like here:

Oh, I forgot triceps dips, you can use a chair or the couch, anything stable for those.0
