Hi All,

I am a 25 year old female currently weighing 70-73kgs wanting to lose between 10-15kgs I can lose about 5 and then it call comes back. I am thinking about signing up for Michelle bridges 12WBT but I wanted some feedback before I spent $200 on it.

Has anyone done this and what where your results like.

Was it easy to follow

What was the meals like (as I do not eat fish or eggs (unless the eggs are cooking within something or scrambled))

and did u feel that is was worth $200?

Thanks

  • Hi

This is my first ever reply on here haha but I thought I had to comment
I'm currently on week 4 of the 12wbt and I think it's awesome. You have everything you need- fitness plans, support and a meal plan which has really yummy food. I do think 1200 calories for everyone is a little low...a lot low actually, but I stick to the meal plans and add extra snacks etc if I feel I need them...

Feel free to ask any questions. I do think it's worth it, you get a lot of information anf you can win some prizes too!

My sister just finished the 12 weeks last month. She lost 10+ kilos and she looks amazing (and toned and glowing). I'll probably do the next one, starting in November.

I am considering this myself as well.

I have about 6 kilos I want to lose, but finding it hard!
  • The exercise programs are great and the meal suggestions are great too...

But it is not enough food. You need to be eating over your BMR or your body will never sustain the weight loss...
