Hello all! :-)

I got one of my co-workers hooked on mfp too. Today she had a slice of carrot cake from J. Alexander's and she was looking for the nutrition facts and we couldn't find any. Have you guys used any websites that have the nutritional information for restaurants? I know some restaurants post their own facts, but what about those ones that don't?

    Check out www.dietfacts.com - it lists many restaurants and almost all items on their menu. :smile:

    When I am in am in this kind of situation, I use another restaurant's similar dish's nutritional information as a substitute.

    I tried googling J Alexander's Carrot Cake but couldn't find anything. I think they might be one of the few restaurants who dnt have anything listed anywhere


    When I am in am in this kind of situation, I use another restaurant's similar dish's nutritional information as a substitute.

    Good idea, i just hope it works in my favor. LOL
