Tips to Get More Calcium

I have decided to start tracking my calcium rather than my sodium. I rarely go over my recommended sodium intake and have never had an issue with blood pressure anyway.
I don't really drink milk. Not that I have a lactose problem, just because I don't want to waste my calories on a glass of skim milk because I only get 1200 a day and milk has a bunch of sugar in it anyway.
So the question is what are some other places that I can get calcium. Right now I only get about the 50/100 MFP is recommending.
Should I just take a vitamin and call it a day?

I went down the calcium supplement route. Too complex to get it from food I found.0
