I have a cold!

So I go to Disney World for 4 days come back and now have a cold. :sad:
When I walk my throat starts to burn. I feel so tired just sitting here at work that I know if I were to sleep I could sleep for hours. I think I really wore myself out during the mini vacay...how am I suppose to get back on track if after coming home I'm sick and still want to eat whatever is out there. Last nite I went to Panda express and got their egg drop soup and a panda bowl...so went over my calories. :mad: I was so mad at myself. I was planning to go to the gym this weekend but after feeling the way I do I'm gonna take it easy and relax. Help...what should I do.

    You need to feed your body with good food so the cold want feed off of you. Up your calories. Drink plenty of fluids eat or drink fruits and vegetables.

    I had one last week I was fine till I cut my calories one day and boy did I pay. Eat but eat well.
