Tummy exercises?

I do the Ab machine and oblique while I'm at the YMCA everyday, but I know wanted to do more then these exercises. I would just do crunches but it's hard on my neck and back && it causes a lot of pain with the disease I have (Fibro) So are there any good ab workouts that are effective? If you know any please share :)

    Heavy lifting: http://stronglifts.com/

But it's still 90% about the diet.

Planks are a great core strengthener. If crunches on the floor are nasty try them on a gym ball.

i have used the ab circle pro, highly recommend it ( as long as u have good knees to be on them for 10mins) at the moment i am using a core /balance board to improve my balance and its really working my core. a tighter core helps everything as well as making it smaller it helps posture and balance and back problems.
    hope this helps

also side bends with a dumb bell, Russian twists are a nightmare but work, its like a situp twist with a small weight or ball touching the floor either side. planks great plus can move up to planks on a core ball.

Try absolute Abs, its a smartphone app, it gives you 3 levels of workout and best of all it's free, I do it as often as i can to stop saggy skin syndrome.
