Alergic to HESTAMINE

So I had bad asma and was very sick the last year and just found out that I have Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis. I am VERY ALERGIC to any food with Hestamine in. Does anyone have the same problem? What food or diet can I use? I ate lots of Tuna and salmon for the gym.. and cant anymore... =(

Hey, I get mild allergic symptoms to histamines but cheap over the counter allergy pills (cetrizine hydrochloride) relieve my symptoms. Here's a useful site with what to avoid and alternatives to eat:
