hello,
i am looking for some support me and my fiance are trying the insanity work out and few other things to lose weight we are starting today. he works during the day and i work over nights so we cant work out together like i would like. so i have no workout buddy or support. i am just looking for someone that knows what i am going through and how hard it is to deal with losing weight.i have tried many things (including surgerys) and ive struggled all my life ( i am 21 now) but nothing seems to work. i want to become healthy for myself and my 1 yr old daughter.
Thanks for taking the time to read

Hey fellow overnight worker!
I'm pretty new to MyFitnessPal (have used the app off and on, not the site), so if you want to "add" me we can keep each other accountable.0 -
I know sometime it seems like forever, but at 21 your have a long way to go. It is best for you to go it alone, in my estimation, because you and him go at different speeds anyway. If you are serious about losing weight, you have to cut down on the amount of calories you eat and increase you exercise. Running at a moderate pace is best, however if you can't run, then start walking and after you have done that for awhile start a walking jogging routine, where you walk a little then jog a little and when you get tired then walk again. You will find after a few weeks of that you will be running more than you are walking. But always keep your calories in check and no sweets, frence fries or other empty calories.

Hi. I don't know what your level of exercise may be (beginner, intermediate, advanced) but if you haven't been exercising already Insanity is going to be very difficult for you. My advice would be to go at your own pace and not try to keep up with the videos. Your eventual goal of course will be to do everything they do when they do it, however it is extremely difficult starting out. Take a break when you are tired even if they are still going. As long as you are pushing hard you will still get a good workout and will see results almost immediately. Good luck, be encouraged and remember my motto, in order to get what you want, YOU GOTTA WANT IT!!™0
