9 lbs. down. Fingers crossed. This could be the start of something good. Note to self: DO NOT LET IT GO TO YOUR HEAD. REMEMBER YOU HAVE BEEN HERE BEFORE (MANY TIMES). This is a new day, new effort. I can do it. No sabotaging myself this time.

    Focus on what is different this time. Accountability, logging? Whatever is sorking for you this time, keep it in mind. Also remember how darn good it feels to have those 9 pounds off.

    You are doing great. The weight loss may slow as you continue on this journey, so be sure to log other non-scale victories like your measurements, increased strength, and positive comments!!
