Help Not Sure about workouts

I am starting Insanity today and was wondering should I do any additional exercise while doing Insanity?

    I have never tried insanity, but I have seen the infomercals. It looks Crazy. I dont think Icould do it, so if I tried, I probibly would not add anything else to it. lol. But I think it all depends on how you feel after the workout

    Do you currently work out? I would say if you are just starting out just stick with insanity. It's a tough workout video.
