Hi Everyone!!

I'm not a new member to MFP, but I'm new to the boards! I'm hoping to get some friends and support to help me get fit again. I joined last year and was doing great: I started running, I frequented the gym at least 4 times a week, and I really noticed a change, not only on my physical appearance, but my endurance as well. Then in October 2011 I was in a car accident and suffered a concussion. My doc told me no workouts for a month, and it all went downhill from there!! I haven't been able to get back into my old routine since. Couple that with a boyfriend with a very picky appetite (no veggies or healthy foods at all!) and recently starting birth control, my weight has rapidly ballooned up about 40lbs since October!! I can barely keep up with my kids!! Feel free to add me :)
