You'll find that lots of people have different things that work for them, but for me its pretty much 2 things

    (1) i remind myself that if i want to get in shape there is only one option: just do it. there are only two choices: dont do it or do it!
    (2) this site is great for holding yourself accountable. joining groups and getting other peoples support makes you want to keep going when you might not otherwise

    good luck!

You've started which is the hardest part, now you just need to continue - don't let that hard work you've done stop you now :flowerforyou:

I have lost 5 lbs and 8 inches in three weeks the healthy way. Eating 2000 calories a day. Doing 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week. Just today I realized after getting out of the shower that my towel goes all the way around me with no gap in front! Huge NSV! So before you do anything else and start trying to sustain life on 1200 calories please read read read & then read some more. watch the videos ask questions. these people in the EM2WL group are the nicest people ive ever seen!
