Time to Challenge Myself

So I was really frustrated with myself this Friday. I do not feel like I am getting anywhere with my fitness level, and I know it's my own fault. I eat junk during the weekend and wonder why I don't lose weight! I also came to the realization that I'm not at an aweful place either. I'm close to my goal weight and have been mantaining that for almost 6 months. As I see it, I have a choice... Accept where I am at or push myself to keep within my calorie limits on the weekends.
I decided that I am going to push myself hard this month and see where it takes me. I am going to stay within my calorie goals and workout 5 days a week (3 strength training & 2 cardio).
Anyone with me?

I am with you! I originally weighed 180 lbs, dropped to 145 but gained 10lbs back. I have maintained 155 for about 4 years now. I want to lose that additional 10lbs. I count my calories well during the weekday but on the weekend "anything goes". It is time out for slothfulness. I am going to push myself this month as well, here goes................0

Since I have to write things down to follow them, here's my workout schedule this week.
Sun: CLX Push 2 (Done - 306 cal.)
Mon: TF HIIT 20 & Stretch 10
Tues: REST
Wed: CLX Push 3
Thurs: TF Fire 45
Fri: CLX Push 1 & Ab Burner
Sat: REST0 -
So far I've been doing well. I've stayed under my calorie limit and been working out. I moved my schedule around a little bit, but I've still kept all the scheduled exercises.
Sun: CLX Push 2 (Done - 306 cal.)
Mon: REST
Tues: CLX Push 3 (Done: 315 cal.)
Wed: TF HIIT 20 & Ab Burner (Done: 323 cal.)
Thurs: TF Fire 45
