I hope this pagination does not go all screwy. This is my first meal of six (that is the plan anyway - I rarely manage to get them all in). Could anyone suggest any improvements or adjustments to it. My goals are fat loss and muscle toning. I'll do 45 mins of cardio an hour or so after eating this. I'm required to eat a lot of calcium, btw.

It's OK, all the details are there in your diary, so let me have a look at that.....0

You could try changing tthe settings on your diary to be more in line with your own goals - you've already said you want to get lots of calcium in, and I'm guessing from the protein shake that you want to keep your protein intake high too (the defaul level on MFP is considered quite low by many)
Bear in mind though that some of the values (like calcium, iron etc) aren't alaways included on the database, so don't rely on it alone.0
